We respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. We handle requests in the order they are received, so response times may vary during high-volume periods.


Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Our checkout process uses encrypted SSL security to ensure your payment information is always safe.

What currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is in a different currency, your bank or credit card provider will handle the conversion and determine the exact exchange rate.

Can I buy BodyFlowFix products in stores?
To ensure we provide the highest quality products at the best possible price, BodyFlowFix is exclusively sold online through our official website.

How do I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get your items to you ASAP. Therefore, cancellations are only possible if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it for a full refund upon delivery according to our Return Policy.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Confirmation emails are sent instantly after purchase. Please first check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it after 10 minutes, please contact our support team with your full name and order details, and we will resend it immediately.

How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your unique code in the box labeled "Discount Code" or "Promo Code" during the checkout process and click "Apply." Your total will update to reflect the discount.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing for gyms, wellness centers, and large orders. Please email us at bodyflowfix@gmail.comwith your requirements, and our team will provide a custom quote.


Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?
After you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates:

  • USA & UK: 7-12 business days (Standard) | 5-8 business days (Priority)
  • Europe: 7-12 business days (Standard) | 5-9 business days (Priority)
  • International: 7-12 business days (Standard) | 5-9 business days (Priority)

Where do you ship from?
To ensure fast delivery, we ship from multiple fulfillment centers located in the United States and Europe. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to you.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is this normal?
Yes, it can be. Carrier tracking systems can sometimes experience a delay of 24-48 hours in updating. If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

The tracking says delivered, but I don’t have my package.
First, please check with other household members or your front office/leasing office. Also, look around your property (e.g., behind planters, in a garage). If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return your undamaged, gently used device in its original packaging within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping). Please see our full Return Policy for details.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the return process and ensure a new unit is sent out or a full refund is issued promptly.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
We are sorry to hear that! Please email us at bodyflowfix@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video of the issue. Our team will review it and send a replacement or process a refund immediately.
