BodyFlowFix is committed to providing reliable global shipping, with a primary focus on serving our customers in the United States and Europe.

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT (London time) will generally be processed the same business day.

Shipping Timeframes & Options:
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note: These are estimates only. Final delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures and local carrier performance.

Shipping Protection (Optional):
For added peace of mind, you can select Shipping Protection for $4.99 USD during checkout. This optional service covers your order against loss, theft, or accidental damage during transit. If you choose to decline this protection, BodyFlowFix cannot be held responsible for incidents that occur after the package has been dispatched.

Our Carriers & Logistics:
We partner with leading global and local logistics providers—including DHL, USPS, UPS, and YunExpress—to ensure reliable delivery. Depending on your location and order value, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team.

Address Accuracy:
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BodyFlowFix is not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment due to an address error may incur additional fees.

Fraud Prevention:
To protect our customers and business, we perform standard verification checks on orders. This may include validating payment details and shipping information. Orders that fail these checks may be canceled and refunded.

Delays Beyond Our Control:
BodyFlowFix cannot be held liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, courier strikes, or other logistical interruptions.
